Recently, 40 Regis Artistic Directors attended a very special training session, "Imagine, Inspire, Innovate," which was put on by team members and guest artists from L'Oreal Professional Products Division (PPD). Held in Coral Gables, FL, the session marked the first time that all three L'Oreal pro brands joined forces to host a single training program to provide updates, techniques and information on initiatives for Matrix, Redken and Mizani.
"By combining resources, the training was bigger and more powerful than if each brand had held its own individual training," says Joy Meyers, Matrix National Account Director. However, trainings were still unique to each brand, with Matrix, Redken and Mizani featuring their own models, topnotch guest artists and hands-on training events. Other Matrix teammates included Education Account Manager Michael McDonough and special speaker Colin Walsh, Vice President and General Manager of Matrix, who was joined by Dr. Lew—a motivator and author on leadership and teamwork.
