Applications for the 2014 Minerva Beauty Scholarship are now available! The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) announces that five $1,000 scholarships will soon be awarded to students currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology school. The application deadline is May 31, 2014.
"We appreciate the opportunity to give back to the cosmetology community. Supporting the future of the industry through educational assistance has been incredibly rewarding and we are impressed by the ever increasing talent we see entering the field," says Jay Rawl, President of Minerva Beauty, Inc.
The five scholarship recipients will be chosen and notified via email. All scholarships are funded by Minerva Beauty and administered by PBA Foundation. Applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the PBA Chair.
