1-3. A tilted triangular section is taken through the top of the head and clipped away. We start our haircut on the heavier left side sectioning off from the temple to behind the ear. The first horizontal section is pulled out and down to retain weight through the outline. Subsequent sections are elevated out from the head to create a graduated shape. We then crosscheck using diagonal sections. 4. Sections are then taken from behind the ear down into the nape of the neck and remembering to pull this first section in a downward direction. Subsequent sections are elevated out working around the hair shape. The same sectioning and cutting technique is applied on the right hand side of the head. We crosscheck through the center back ensuring to always retain weight but rounding through the corner created for a softer edge. The outline is now refined using the points of the scissors. 5-6. The top section is split from ear to ear. The first section in this area is taken from crown to left temple. The section is elevated straight out from the head and subsequent sections are over-directed onto the first section. This is done on both sides of the head creating a concave through the internal shape. 7. Our second top section is cut in the same way as the first taking our first section from the crown diagonally down into the tip of the triangular section. 8. OSIS Hair Body Style and Care Spray is used to blow dry the hair using a wrapping technique. Note: a wrapping technique is a quick and simple yet highly effective way of drying the hair with a paddle brush or similar style of brush that allows you to literally wrap the hair around the head shape which does not give unwanted volume, but rather natural volume that comes from the individual head shape. Once dried the oval outline is then refined. Our internal shape is now worked through and refined using the points of the scissors working round and elevating each section out from the head. The hair has already been pre-lightened using ? of Igora Royal 12-1 Special Blond Cendre and ? Igora Royal 12-0 Special Blonde Natural mixed 1 to 2 with Igora Oxigenta Lotion 12% or 40 Volume. 9. The hair is sectioned into two triangular sections angled in a curved section. Carefully place Igora Skin Protection Cream on the hair directly below the sections. This is to prevent any color leakage or seepage. Place cotton over the protection cream. 10-14. Taking five slices of hair, the bleach is then applied. Continue using the bleach on the first layer. This is repeated on the next layer so you have created an outline of bleach. The next layer is continued in exactly the same way, but this time using our second color. The fourth layer is also continued in the same way, but now using our third color. Continue with this color for the next four layers. On the following layer repeat with our second color which will outline the charcoal grey. Finally, finish your last layer using the bleach to create the last outline.
