Shapeless locks are skillfully sculpted to reveal a gem of a style

1. Part hair in the center, front to back, evenly dividing head.
2. Discuss desired fi nished length with client before making the fi rst cut. In this case, length will be reduced from mid-chest to collarbonegrazing. The initial step is to reduce bulk. Begin by lifting a top section from the crown and making a straight cut parallel to the fl oor.
3. Use this fi rst cut as your guide. All subsequent sections of the top panel are overdirected and cut following a travelling guide until you reach the parietal ridge. Now, use your fi rst cut as the guide for the remaining hair.
4. Repeat these steps on both sides of the head.
5. Here, the cutting of the front panel is nearly complete.
6. Take a vertical section through the center back panel. Using guideline at the crown, cut from short to long. Overdirect all adjacent vertical sections to this stationery guide.
7. Now that bulk has been evenly reduced from overall mass of hair, establish your cut's outline by point-cutting to fi nal length. Work through entire head to create consistency.
8. Create movement and defi nition through point-cutting and slicing.
9. The fi nished cut now is ready for color treatment - see opposite page for the polished results in a deep jewel-tone. Style with Volumizing Tonic^TM and Light Elements^TM Smoothing Fluid.

10. Client's hair is an unfl attering shade of neon red-orange with signifi cant untreated rootregrowth - Natural Starting Level 5. Cumulative damage from past coloring has left hair porous and brittle, affecting condition. To ensure consistent color absorption, treat hair with DAMAGE REMEDY ^TM EQUALIZING SOLUTION to neutralize and prepare hair for treatment.
11. Part hair down center of head. Working from the back, section sides and pin up with clips, leaving a large triangular panel in center (back) of head.
12. Clip central panel up and apply barrier cream to client's neck to protect skin from irritation.
13. Divide color product into four portions (A,B,C,D). Begin coloring process by applying Formula A from scalp to ends through entire back section.
14. Wrap the newly color-treated section with foil.
15. Plan to section hair on both sides of head in a large zig-zag pattern, beginning at the point of distribution to the front-edge of hairline. Here's the fi rst side, which has been parted in this manner.
16. Apply Formula B from scalp to ends to the fi rst section which has been zig-zag parted. Isolate with foil.
17. Repeat the process. Create a matching zig-zag parting on the opposite side of the head. Begin the second parting above the previous parting from the point of distribution toward the recession area.
18. Apply Formula C to entire section from scalp to ends, as in Step 8. Isolate with foil.
19. Now it's time to repeat the process on the top section of the hair. Unclip and apply Formula D from scalp to ends on this "crowning glory" top panel.
20. Color is now fully applied to entire head. Allow to process according to manufacturer's time-specifi cations. Check a random strand 5 minutes before recommended cycle ends to verify results To fi nish, shampoo and condition with Color Conserve^TM products.

1. Trazar una raya en el medio desde el frente hacia atrás, dividiendo la cabeza en partes iguales.
2. Antes de realizar el primer corte acordar con la clienta el largo deseado. En este caso, el largo se reducirá desde la altura media del pecho hasta el cuello. El paso inicial es el de reducir el volumen. Comenzar por elevar una sección superior de la coronilla y realizar un corte paralelo al piso.
3. Utilizar este primer corte como guía. Superponer todas las secciones subsecuentes de la parte superior y cortar siguiendo una guía móvil hasta alcanzar el borde parietal. Ahora, usar el primer corte como guía para el pelo restante.
4. Repetir estos pasos a ambos lados de la cabeza.
5. Aquí, el corte del panel frontal está casi completo.
6. Tomar una sección vertical a través del panel central trasero. Usando la línea de guía de la coronilla, cortar de corto a largo. Superponer todas las secciones verticales adyacentes con esta guía.

El cabello de la clienta posee refl ejos rojo-anaranjados y sus raíces sin tratar están crecidas - Nivel 5 de Comienzo Natural El daño acumulado de las pasadas coloraciones han afectado las condiciones de porosidad y brillo del pelo. Para asegurar la adecuada absorción del color, tratar el pelo con DAMAGE REMEDY ^TM EQUALIZING SOLUTION que neutraliza y deja listo el cabello para el teñido.
11. Separar el pelo de la parte central inferior. Dividir secciones laterales con sujetadores dejando una sección triangular en el centro de la parte trasera de la cabeza.
12. Recoger el pelo de la sección central y aplicar una barrera de crema en el cuello para prevenir la irritación de la piel de la clienta.
13. Dividir el producto colorante en cuatro porciones (A,B,C,D). Comenzar el teñido aplicando Fórmula A desde el cuero cabelludo hasta las puntas en toda la sección trasera.
14. Envolver la sección recientemente teñida con una lámina de aluminio.
15. Trazar un patrón en forma de Zig-Zag con el pelo de los laterales de la cabeza, comenzando desde el punto de distribución hasta la línea del pelo delantera. Aquí vemos la primera sección lateral dividida de este modo.
16. Aplicar Fórmula B desde el cuero cabelludo hasta las puntas a la primera sección dividida en forma de Zig-Zag. Aislar con una lámina de aluminio.
17. Repetir el proceso. Crear una división en forma de Zig- Zag en el lateral opuesto. Comenzar la segunda división sobre la sección anterior, desde el punto de distribución. hasta el área de recesión.
18. Aplicar Fórmula C a toda la sección, desde el cuero cabelludo hasta las puntas, como en el paso 8. Aislarla mediante una lámina de lámina de aluminio.
19. Ahora es tiempo de teñir el pelo de la sección superior. Soltar y aplicar Fórmula D desde el cuero cabelludo hasta las puntas para "coronar" la región superior.
