Product: Artego Balayage Bleach

TECHNIQUE

Apply a light amount of bleach to the Balayage Paddle and smooth the product until the bleach is evenly distributed.

Painting from mid-shaft to scalp:
Holding the section taut with your non-painting hand, paint the mid-shaft at a slant. Begin working your way up the section in the same manner, until you are one finger-width away from the scalp. When you reach the very top of the section, start at one corner and paint the hair at a slant to eliminate visible regrowth.

Painting down from mid-shaft to ends:
Holding the hair taut, load your brush and begin painting from one corner of your top perimeter, down at a slant. Add more product as you progress toward the ends. At the point where you want the heaviest results, place the Paddle under the hair and paint a generous amount of bleach all the way to the ends (usually the last 1" to 2" of hair).

Note: If you are painting an entire section from roots to ends, begin at the mid-shaft, work your way up, and then go from the mid-shaft down to the ends.
