Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com announces the winners of its Ninth Annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest, which is sponsored by Charmin. Celebrity judge Kate Pankoke, a bridal designer and season 11 "Project Runway" contestant, assisted with the final judging, which was held at RK Bridal in New York City. Dresses were judged on creativity, originality, beauty and the use of toilet paper.

Mimoza Haska, an Albanian-born hairdresser and designer from Surfside Beach, S.C. was named the Grand Prize winner and was awarded a $2,000 grand prize! She referred to her chic, flirty dress as "Beautiful Swan." The dress features a cutaway bustier, hi-lo skirt, lilies and a crown style headpiece. To achieve the look, Haska used 16 rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft, some glitter glue and glow-in-the-dark glitter glue, as well as Elmer's glue, paper tape, needle and thread.

Susan Brennan, a designer, professional cheerleader for the Detroit Pistons and yoga enthusiast from Orchard Lake, Mich. nabbed the Second Place winner title. Not her first win, Brennan was the grand prize winner in both 2011 and 2012. Her dress, "City in Bloom" is chic, yet whimsical and flaunts an interesting balance of hard and soft. Brennan used 11 rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft, packing tape, Scotch tape, hot glue and needle and thread to craft the elaborate gown, which is embellished with large roses on a removable skirt that is accented by a halter-style top. The dress converts to a fun, short party dress.

Finally, Carol Touchstone, owner and the creative force behind Bohemian Style-an upscale consignment boutique in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. was named the third place winner. An interior designer and fashion stylist, Touchstone is also a published author. Her dress is named "Coastal Wave" and was inspired by Touchstone's love of the ocean. When designing the dress, this top talent yearned to create movement on the piece. Her dress features a support hoop under the dress, asymmetrical accordion pleats and appliques. She used 30 total rolls of Charmin including Charmin Basic, Charmin Ultra Soft and vintage pink Charmin from etsy.com, as well as Mod Podge glue, Scotch tape, clear packing tape, double-sided tape, white glue and needle and thread. She receives a $500 prize for her win!
