Foil Glory

To commemorate the launch of Foil-it's new line of highlighting foil, which launched in February 2012, the company held the 'FREE foil for a year' contest.

It aimed to educate and inform industry insiders of the new collection while highlighting the features and benefits of the products.

More than 3,000 anxious entrants vied for the top titles and prizes, but only three lucky and talented winners coveted top spots.

Karyne Lachance is all smiles on her Second Place win.

Breann Trotter of Capri College in Dubuque, Iowa nabbed the 1st place title with a prize package of free foil for one year.

Second place was granted to Karyne Lachance of Club Coiffure Beauté in Joliette, Quebec, Canada, who will receive free foil for a 6-month period. Finally, Emily Twigge of Chatters Salon in Courtenay, British Columbia, Canada seized the 3rd place title.

She will receive free foil for one month.
