Hollywood Beauty

This past weekend, Matrix, which supports hairdressers in imagining all they can be and creating positive change through Chairs of Change - sponsored the L.A. Do.Something.org Boot Camp and glitzy Hollywood pre-party.

Matrix was also on the scene at the 2012 DoSomething Awards in Santa Monica, Calif. providing hair touch-ups on a lineup of Hollywood luminaries.

The alliance between Matrix and DoSomething.org., was designed to highlight Matrix's commitment to stylists who are committed to change and to create awareness of the industry's positive impact on the world among DoSomething's millions of socially-committed, under-25-year-old members.

Following in the footsteps of some of Hollywood's brightest stars were Matrix Artistic Directors and celebrity stylists Ammon Carver and Nick Stenson. They walked the VH1/DoSomething.org "blue" carpet along with a lineup of A-listers such as Ben Affleck, Lea Michelle, Kelly Osbourne and Will Ferrell. While backstage the dynamic duo also provided last minute touch-ups to presenters, attendees and winners such as Ellie Kemper and Olivia Munn.
