Salon ownership directing 1 million dollars of sales within a 1700 square foot space. Owned and operated SOGNIA Salon in an upscale suburb of Cleveland, named the fastest growing salon in the USA in 1999 by SALON TODAY MAGAZINE.

Directed and developed an advanced styling curriculum for an upscale salon group in Cleveland called the Dino Palmieri Stylist Development Program, graduating over 60 participants that have advanced into successful careers from 2000-2012.
