Black, Fine Point Sharpie Pen
Base and Top Coat.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Choose your base shade and paint nails. Allow the lacquer to dry completely.
Draw in your design with the Sharpie pen.
Fill in the sections with the color scheme of your choice and allow the lacquers to dry completely.
Clean up and redefine your Sharpie lines.
Apply high-shine top coat.
