1. Begin with a weft that's approximately 1" wide and 16" long.
2. Lightly spray Aquage Working Spray on both sides of the weft and roots to ends. Spray at least 12" away from the hair to avoid wetting the surface.
3. Gently run your fingers over the surface to ensure that the Working Spray is evenly distributed from roots to ends.
4. Using a ceramic flat iron, press the weft in a smooth, gliding motion from roots to ends.
5. When pressed properly, the entire section will form a smooth, solid ribbon. If the ribbon splits or sags, you have not used enough Working Spray.
6. At the tip of the weft, cut a slightly curved shape that comes to a point. Cut enough hair to ensure the ends look clean and solid.
7. Secure one or two mesh fillers at the top of the head.
8. Attach the base of the first weft to one of the fillers with a hairpin. Form the ribbon into a curved shape and secure the ends.
9. Continue adding ribbons to create an organic, interwoven pattern. (Step back periodically to assess the development of your design.)
10. Once the desired shape is achieved, lightly spray with Aquage Finishing Spray. Finish with a light spray application of Beyond Shine.
11. Finished design should gracefully extend away from the head in an elegant, interwoven pattern. (Aquage.com)
