2-3. Take a vertical section in the center of the occipital area. Cut to the desired length while holding at a right angle.
4-10. Cut the hair of the occipital area making vertical partings (with reference to the central strand's length in the occipital area).
11-13. Continue cutting in the frontal area. Cut the hair outside making vertical partings.
14-15. Point cut the hair along the perimeter of the head using thinning shears.
16-18. Blow dry the hair with a round brush and personalize the cut.
